900 Days

a piece that explores the life of two African Americans the moment they are told that slavery was over and had been over for 900 days. It blends music, movement and text together to honor our ancestors and project us into the future filled with hope and purpose. A true depiction of Juneteenth.

These aren’t just performances — they’re experiences. They’re acts of remembrance, resistance, and renewal at one of LA’s most historic arts spaces.

Let’s commemorate Juneteenth by honoring our past, uplifting our present, and creating a more just future — together.

Doors Open 6pm | Under 14, with parent or legal guardian.

Celebrate Juneteenth with powerful Black stories that honor our history and inspire our future!
