A two day staged reading festival celebrating Faith Is Coping With The End written by Nina Myricks and De/hide/rate written by Mahonda Woody, upcoming LA native writers of stage and screen!
✨ FRIDAY, AUGUST 7TH | EVENING PERFORMANCES✨
4:30PM: Doors Open
Join early to check-in, enjoy music, and connect with other attendees!
5:00PM: The New Works Collective Begins
The festival opens with a warm welcome and a brief introduction to The South Central Collective (TSCC). Thereafter begins the first staged reading performance, Faith Is Coping With The End by Nina Myricks, followed by a 15-20 minute talkback.
6:30-7:20PM: BREAK
Enjoy a special, complimentary light reception featuring assorted sandwiches, fresh fruit, and beverages while connecting with fellow attendees and the artists from the first play.
7:30PM: Festival Continues
A second staged reading performance, De/hide/rate by Mahonda Woody, followed by a 15-20 minute talkback.
