What a memorable night! A joyous time was had by all at Support Black Theatre’s August Wilson New Voices Los Angeles Finals presented in partnership with Occidental College and Ebony Repertory Theatre.
The evening far exceeded our expectations. Thank you to our eight student finalists who were beyond exceptional last night and took us all on an incredible journey through their inspiring performances.
A huge congratulations to our student winners Amari Howell (1st place), Yenay Cuevas (2nd place), and Omar-Sol Teyolia (3rd place). We are thrilled for Los Angeles to have such amazing representation in Pittsburgh for the national finals happening next month, April 27th-30th!
