We hosted our first Courage Through Creation series workshop for students in partnership with Outside In Theatre’s production of In Honor of Jean-Michel Basquiat, written and performed by Roger Guenveur Smith.
Dr. Gregory King, SBT Director of Education and Research, led an impactful workshop for post-secondary students on dismantling fear during the creation process. After the workshop, the students experienced the incredible solo work by Smith, and stayed for a post-show discussion led by the incomparable Dominique Morisseau. It was a wonderful night!
