What a start to this year’s Legacy Rising monologue competition! From orientations and preliminary auditions to our semifinal callbacks, more than 73 students brought their talent, preparation, and heart to the process. We’re grateful to our incredible judges, Alex Ubokudom, Sheria Irving, and Arnell Powell, for sharing their time and expertise with these young performers. Now comes the difficult task of narrowing this remarkable group down to eight finalists. These students made the judges’ job anything but easy, and we could not be prouder of the courage, creativity, and commitment they’ve shown at every step.
