This elevated Open Mic is the culminating event of the 10th Annual LA Get Down Festival celebrating National Poetry Month.
Come celebrate Hip-Hop & Poetry with features from Mistress of Rap, Edwin Bodney, & Nyarae Francis! All rappers, poets, & songwriters are welcome to join the open mic taking place in the first hour. Tell a friend & bring a friend!
The 10th Annual LA Get Down Festival celebrates Los Angeles’ arts communities through spoken word in honor of U.S. National Poetry Month. The month-long festival opens Friday, April 10th and closes Sunday, April 26th.
