What does Jalen have in common with a neurotic introvert and a cocky former child star? He’s played all of them.

In Two Lies and a Truth, Jalen moves through three distinct versions of himself—characters he’s created, performed, and survived as—in a bold, funny, and deeply personal solo performance. Each one feels real. Each one feels necessary. The problem is none of them quite fit.

Across a series of sharp, unfiltered monologues, Jalen searches for something solid—not just who he is, but whether that truth exists at all; or if it’s been buried somewhere between the roles he’s been playing.

What starts as storytelling becomes something more dangerous—a live unraveling of identity, ambition, and the pressure to be someone worth watching. The lines between character and reality blur. The mask slips. The performance breaks. Layered with a carefully curated soundscape that moves with him, the show pulls you further inside the shifting world he’s building in real time.

And then the question turns: Who are you playing?

Witty, unpredictable, and emotionally raw, Two Truths and a Lie isn’t just a solo show—it’s a front row seat to someone trying to figure out who they are in real time. 7 performances. 26 seats. No distance.
